EFTPOS Services
Due to the rising costs of stock, wages, and bank fees, we have now adopted an EFTPOS machine on trial. This adds small charges onto each customer’s bill rather than being charged to the business at the end of the month.

- Debit Cards: $0.30
- Credit Cards: 1.67%
If you would like to bring cash to avoid fees, you are more than welcome. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept requests for a particular stylist.
Children’s Haircuts
We would appreciate it if children arrived for their appointment with clean, sand-free, and freshly brushed hair.
Our Guarantee to You
All our staff are qualified at the highest level of technical skills and knowledge needed to provide the service they are engaged to do.
All clients are provided with a thorough consultation process prior to the commencement of each service. It’s important that you are honest about any previous colour, at-home product use, swimming, etc.
Your stylist will advise you before, during, and after your service, making recommendations for aftercare to ensure your new hair can be sustained both at the time of service and after. It is at your own discretion to accept these recommendations.

We have extensive experience and offer continual workplace education & training to keep our skills sharp.
Cancellation Policy
To best utilise appointment times, we require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.
If you cancel with more than 72 hours' notice, you can:
- Have your deposit refunded
- Roll it over for another appointment
If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice:
- Deposit will be forfeited
- No shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full deposit amount.
Deposit Policy
If a deposit is not submitted within 24 hours of booking, one of our staff members will contact you by phone as a follow-up.
If a deposit remains unpaid two weeks before the appointment, it will be moved to stand by and offered to another client if requested.
Once a deposit is received, your appointment is confirmed, and you will receive:
- An email reminder at least 7 days before your visit
- A text reminder 48 hours prior to your visit
If You Are Unhappy With the Service
All efforts will be made to meet customer expectations. However, there may be times when you are unhappy with the service provided.
