Anita was born in the United Kingdom, where she started her career as an apprentice hairdresser at just 16 years old after replying to a job vacancy in one of the best salons in the area.

Anita loved hairdressing from the start, attending many training courses all over the UK with top names like Andrew Collinge, Andrew Barton, Jingles, and Clynol. Anita quickly became known as a superb cutter and blonding expert.

In 2006, Anita and her family made the huge decision to emigrate to Australia to start a new and exciting life. Opening her own salon became a top priority.

All our staff are qualified at the highest level of technical skills and knowledge needed to provide the service they are engaged to do.

All clients are provided with a thorough consultation process prior to the commencement of each service. It’s important that you are honest about any previous colour, at-home product use, swimming, etc.

Your stylist will advise you before, during, and after your service, making recommendations for aftercare to ensure your new hair can be sustained both at the time of service and after. It is at your own discretion to accept these recommendations.

Many common hair problems aren’t always easy to recognise and solve.

As hair & beauty professionals, we use the same approach in our salon as we would on our own hair—with 100% care and professionalism.

We use:

• Disinfected, high-quality equipment and products
• Safe & hygienic practices to protect against bacteria, infections, and COVID-19

We have extensive experience and offer continual workplace education & training to keep our skills sharp.

We have a step-by-step consultation process to determine the finished result you desire and to double-check that there are no nasty surprises during the process, such as:

• Previous lightening
• Allergic reactions
• Presence of heavy metals in the hair

We accept requests for a particular stylist.

We would appreciate it if children arrived for their appointment with clean, sand-free, and freshly brushed hair.

Due to the rising costs of stock, wages, and bank fees, we have now adopted an EFTPOS machine on trial. This adds small charges onto each customer’s bill rather than being charged to the business at the end of the month.

Fees:

• Debit Cards: $0.30
• Credit Cards: 1.67%

If you would like to bring cash to avoid fees, you are more than welcome. Thank you for your understanding.

To best utilise appointment times, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, you can:

• Have your deposit refunded
• Roll it over for another appointment

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice:

• Deposit will be forfeited

No shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full deposit amount.

If a deposit is not submitted within 24 hours of booking, one of our staff members will contact you by phone as a follow-up.

If a deposit remains unpaid two weeks before the appointment, it will be moved to stand by and offered to another client if requested.

Once a deposit is received, your appointment is confirmed, and you will receive:

• An email reminder at least 7 days before your visit
• A text reminder 48 hours prior to your visit
